Ha Noi is located in the Red River Delta, in the center of North Viet Nam and is the capital of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, the center of culture, politics, economy and trade of the whole country.
Ha Noi means “the hinterland between the rivers” (Ha: river, Noi: interior). The portion of Red River running in Ha Noi is approximately 160km long. Ha Noi also characteristically contains many beautiful lakes, which are the lungs of the city, with their surrounding gardens and trees providing a vital source of energy.
ITINERARY
Day 1/ Arrival in Hanoi
Arrive in Hanoi, greeting at the airport with driver and transfer to the hotel for check-in.
Day 2/ Hanoi half day city tour (B,L)
Visiting the Presidential Palace (façade only), the one-thousand-year old One Pillar pagoda and the Temple of Literature – the oldest university of Vietnam and Hoan Kiem Lake. Have lunch at the local restaurant. The rest of the day is at leisure.
Day 3/ Hanoi – Departure (B)
Breakfast is at hotel (normal check out). Then transfer to the airport for departure flight.
